Portugal Preparations

There was a lot to be done before leaving and the time to do it, didn't help. But so far so good! 

After my interview with the School board, I started preparing all the documents and all the bureaucracy needed to travel to Dominican Republic. I know, very optimistic of me, Since I still hadn't the answer from them! But I had the feeling that the interview went stupendously well and that the position was mine so, why wait? I started by renew my ID, my passport, asked for a birth certificate, criminal record and medical certificate.  All documents that I needed to present at the embassy to ask for a visa. After a week the Consul lady already called me by Maria! You can imagine how many times i called there! When I got my answer I bought my plain tickets and my insurance and took care of the final documents. I'm still waiting for the visa response so lets pray the answer is Yes since I already bought everything else!
